Wally Hermes Yacht (dubbed WHY) is a new Live on Water concept from Morocco-based Wally Construct and Paris-based high fashion luxury brand Hermes. WHY is the ultimate luxury yacht and has us contemplating a move to the waves. The superyacht measures 58 meters by 38 meters, giving it the most box-like shape of any yacht ever constructed. Three decks make room for 12 guests and 20 crew to enjoy the 25 meter pool and 36 meter deck that backs out into the ocean. The interior has sleak lines and fresh design concepts that include a snake-like spiral staircase. Pictures after the jump.

Ocean Emerald is the first of four identical yachts designed by Norman Foster to be delivered. The strange and modern design is now available for fractional ownership through YatchPlus. Ocean Emerald features beautiful wood deck and steps up the rear, matching couches throughout the yacht including the top open deck, semi-open decks throughout, and a luxury interior. To be one of eight owners it’ll run you $2,756,000, split into a $2,522,000 initial fee and $234,000 yearly maintenance fee. The 40m Signature Series yacht has an aluminum alloy hull with composite for the superstructure, and accommodation for 12 guests and 7 crew. Ocean Emerald will live in the Mediterranean during the summer and the Caribbean in the winter.

Since the launch of Ballerhouse and Ballerride over a year and a half ago, we have yet to cover a yactht or superyacht as baller as Palmer Johnson’s eco-friendly concept. The 267ft green superyacht concept has all of the bells and whistles and then some. The “PJ World” yacht will be part of the Palmer Johnson Ice Class series known for for style and powerful features and was designed by Italian designer Nuvolari-Lenard. The six-deck design features a certified Heli-deck, Heli-hangar, an optional garage designed for a six man discovery submarine, and a superior Rolls-Royce at-rest stabilization system to keep it anchored in environmentally sensitive or restricted areas without actual anchors.The luxurious interiors of the green superyacht concept include the owner’s apartment on the fourth, fifth and sixth decks composed of a bedroom suite, walk-in dressing room, separate business and private lounges, office and a Jacuzzi sundeck with 360 degree viewing. Northcoast’s new 125ft mega yatch is only weeks away from completion, and at the price of $17.9 Million has yet to claim a buyer. Anyone care to name her? Northcoast’s mega yacht was meticulously built and had Jim Eden from the International Yacht Collection saying “I have been involved in the construction of over 80 new-build projects in my career and have rarely seen such incredible attention to detail, and it’s American made!”A Northcoast team lead by Paul Fredrickson designed the all-fiberglass, 125′6″ vessel which features accommodations for 11 guests in five staterooms and six crew in three cabins.
