Luxury German yacht builder Lürssen is the preferred shipyard used by some of the world’s biggest billion dollar ballers, including Roman Abramovich, Larry Ellison, and Paul Allen. Recently, the company’s launched some of the biggest and baddest boats to hit the waters, such as the 230-foot Martha Ann and the 223-foot Kismet. While details remain scarce on Lürssen’s latest launch, “Project Opal,” we know that the 110-meter closely resembles Abramovich’s 377-foot Pelorus and is set to sail sometime during the summer. YachtForums‘ German photographer snapped the shot above. We’re impressed. As we learn more we’ll keep you up-to-date.
