July 18th, 2008 by BallerRide

Bike? Car? No, it’s a Proxima. This concept blends two vehicle types better than we’ve seen since we started covering the BallerRide space. From the front this concept looks like a car, from the rear a bike, either way we’d like to see the Proxima take off down the freeway. Alvino Design has come up with this sleek aegonomic design that includes two tandum seats inside. If you’re in the market for a bike/car hybrid, than the Proxima is for you.

World Car Fans received shots today of the highly customized Rolls Royce pictured above and in the thumbs. According to WCF, the Rolls is a highly modded 1995 Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit MKIV that cost approximately $1 million to build. Closer inspection reveals that the car may actually be a Nissan 350Z with a Rolls Royce front end. But without full details we can only speculate. The car has reportedly been spotted in and around Mayfair, London. What do you think about the design?

mastretta-mxt.jpg

Mexico City based Mastretta Design has unveiled plans to produce a lightweight sportscar that will go on sale in Mexico and the UK for less than $66,000. And surprisingly, we’re impressed. The two-seater will be powered by a 2.0-liter 240 horsepower engine, allowing the car to hit a top speed of 150mph and perform the o-60 sprint in 5.0 seconds due to its light 1,985-pound weight. Lifestyle Automotive will distribute the Mastretta MXT in Europe and sales are expected to commence in January with 80 units up for grabs in the first year. We’re excited to see more from Mastretta as progress on the MXT continues.
