Carbon Fiber Wheels for Shelby’s Aero II

The race is on between Bugatti & Shelby Supercars.

That’s because SCC are claiming that their new Aero II will be the fastest production car, with a top speed of 275 miles per hour, thanks to it’s light weight of  2,600 pounds.

Under that oh-so-sexy hood is a 6.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8, which means that the Aero II’s power-to-weight ratio is nearly double that of Bugatti’s Veyron.

Shelby SuperCars are Taking on Bugatti Again

You can only be in the #1 spot for so long – someone’s always chasing your tail & when it comes to cars, there’s always a faster, sleeker model just waiting to come onto the track & overtake you on the straight.

Bugatti & Shelby SuperCars have been one-upping each other for a while now, with Bugatti’s latest offering – the Veyron Super Sport – taking the checkered flag with a top speed of  267.8mph.

Well Shelby SuperCars is not going to just sit down and take it. They’re rising to the challenge, with a new supercar to be launched this summer apparently. No word on specs at all yet, but rest assured it’ll be pretty impressive – so watch this space for details.
