Scorpian Prodigy 3 Wheeler Mixes Sports Car with Superbike
February 23rd, 2009 by BallerRideIn the world of three-wheel rides there are only a few that really stick out. Our favorite is the Cirbin V13R Trike for it’s style and two-seat functionality, but the Scorpian Prodigy more than holds it’s own. Powered by a Suzuki Hayabusha engine, the Prodigy mixes the speeed of a superbike with the look and feel of a lightweight sports car. With one wheel in the back and two in the front the car is stable enough to push 0-60 in 3.3 seconds and 1.5g on a skidpad.
While the Prodigy isn’t as energy efficient or futuristic as the Scarab, it comes at the afforadable price of $40,000 from Scorpian Motorsports. Judging by the website, it looks like Scorpian is going to allow you to build your own Prodigy with customizations very soon.
