January 25th, 2011 by desiree View Comments

A few weeks back we told you about a Ferrari 330 GT with a very special previous owner, that was going on auction. What we know now is that it’s not the only special car that Mohammed al Fayed (better know as the previous owner of Harrods & the father of Princess Diana’s deceased lover Dodi Fayed) is auctioning off.

There are 10 cars on auction from Fayed’s private collection, including a 1963 Rolls-Royce Phantom V Limousine that was owned by Prince Edward, the Duke of Kent, who is a member of the British royal family.

There’s also a matching 1969 Rolls-Royce Phantom V1 Limousine that Fayed had refurbished & painted in the Harrods’ green.

The collection includes the following:

1979 Ferrari 400i Coupé
1988 Ferrari Testarossa
1988 Ferrari Testarossa
1930 Rolls-Royce 20/25hp Sedan de Ville
1972 Ferrari 365 GTC/4 Coupe
1966 Ferrari 330 GTC Berlinetta
Ex-Duke of Kent 1963 Rolls-Royce Phantom V Limousine
Ex- John Lennon 1965 Ferrari 330 GT 2+2 Coupe
1969 Rolls-Royce Phantom VI Limousine
1992 Rolls-Royce Phantom VI Landaulet

The auction is being held by Bonhams on the 5th of February at the Grand Palais in Paris.
