Seabreacher X for Sneaking up on Swimmers

One look at this picture & you’re probably thinking what I’m thinking: that’s gotta be the best way to freak out swimmers at your local beach. The Seabreacher X is a personal mini-submarine that can launch itself out of the water when it surfaces.
The mini-sub can travel at 25mph underwater & 50mph on the surface, thanks to a 260 horsepower engine that emits a nice growl when you surface rapidly. Besides diving & launching a few feet in the air when it surfaces, you can also roll the sub underwater if you feel like getting a closer look at the marine life through the canopy, instead of the viewport at your feet.

The craft’s steering is controlled via the the side & tail fins, with the motor’s vector thrust for basic up, down, left & right movement – which means it’s extremely maneuverable through the water.

The Seabreacher X is guaranteed to be lots of fun – specially for the underwater fans or for those who plan to haunt their local waters & chase the surfer dudes away.
The mini-sub is $100,000 & takes 3 months to build. For the sum of a nice car, you’ll also get a snorkel-mounted video camera that feeds live to LCD screens for both the pilot & passenger – who might be a little cramped in the back, but who cares when you can sneak up on unsuspecting divers.

There’s also a GPS navigation system on board, as well as a stereo system & a docking station for your iPad.
Apparently there’s a hammerhead version on the way, but if you’re not into sharks, you can opt for the dolphin version.
