Artist Dzine Pimps Out Boat, Motorbike, & Lowrider

Chicago born-Puerto Rican artist, Dzine, is currently showing some of the most unusual, tricked-out vehicles we’ve encountered at the Deitch gallery in Long Island City New York. Dvice was on the scene at the show opening this past Sunday to capture the images shown above and below.

Pictured above and in the thumbs below you’ll see a functional motorboat outfitted with dual LCD’s above the swim step (a first for us), four large speakers at the rear, plush orange and pink seats, and a glossy metallic orange paint job. Also on display is a throne-equipped blue three-wheeled lowrider bike, a red and gold-plated motorbike that looks to draw inspiration from a Chinese dragon, and four psychedelic paintings.

Dzine’s Deitch show, titled The Beautiful Struggle (copying Talib Kweli’s album?), runs through October 19th. According to the gallery, most of the pieces have already been snapped up. So if you’re interested, better make your move soon.
