9ff’s GT9: Another 240mph+ Supercar to Add to Your Fleet

If you’re looking to push 240mph+ mark you now have one more option. After a couple of years of hype, German Porsche tuner 9ff has released details and pricing and on its custom GT9 supercar, which it claims to be the world’s fastest road-going vehicle.
Under the hood the GT9 features a reworked 996 Turbo motor, titanium connecting rods, forged pistons, and a 24 carat hard gold plated induction plate, among other improvements. At 5,970 rpm the car reaches maximum torque of 711 lb-ft. And 9ff claims a top speed of 254 mph on the track, although this number is questionable.
The body on the GT9 uses a GT3 front end with with a tubular steel grid and a chassis made of very strong and lightweight carbon and Kevlar fiber.
Plus, it’s one hell of a lot sleeker than the $1.55 million Weber Sportscar. Twenty 9ff GT9’s will be made in total. Check out the image gallery below for a more in-depth look.
