Here’s a sneak peek at what will be one of the most baller yachts in the world when it launches in 2010. Known as project “Hull #6154,” the seven-deck 438′ yacht is currently under construction at the Fincantieri Yachts yard, where it’s just been transferred to an indoor shed for the next stage in the build process.

Today, Fincantieri’s 438-foot behemoth would be the second largest modern private in the world, behind the 552′ Platinum owned by Rashid al-Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai. When launched, the 438′ megayacht will come equipped with “two helicopter landing platforms (one with a hangar), storage for a large submarine able to reach a depth of more than 100 meters, a huge internal sea water pool that can be also used for tender docking and 2,700 square meters (28,890 square feet) of luxury interior space designed by Pascale Reymond of Reymond Langton Design, one of the most trend-setting yacht interior designers.” The interior will include 15 state-of-the-art guest rooms, and there will be accommodations for 60 crew. Famed yacht designer Espen Oeino is behind the ship’s design.

Hull #6154 is expected to come in at a cost of £140 million (approximately $280 million) and it’s been rumored that the boat was commissioned by an unidentified Russian billionaire.
