The 2008 Joyner Sand Viper comes with 58 horsepower which might not sound like much until you consider that the entire dune buggy weighs just over 1100 pounds, making for a top speed of 70mph. Considered a performance buggy, it comes with a full 800cc, 3 cylinder EFI, 4 stroke, 4 speed, electric start engine that was originally built for light duty delivery trucks in Asia. Even the world’s fastest ATV would have a tough time competing with a dune buggy that has full independent front and rear suspension with gas shocks. This particular 2008 Joyner Sand Viper dune buggy is up for sale on eBay for a buy it now price of $8495.
