Palmer Johnson’s 135’ Dragon

Back in February, Palmer Johnson’s boldly styled 135-foot Dragon yacht made a big splash at the Miami International Boat Show. Yacht Forums has acquired some great pictures of the Dragon, so we thought we’d give you a look at the boat so that you can see what this beast is packing above and below the surface.

Designed by the progressive Italian firm Nuvolari & Lenard, the Dragon is distinguished by its aggressive lines, prominent navigation hubs, and masculine color scheme.

With a top speed over 34 knots, the boat’s power is more than significant enough to back up its looks.

On deck, the yacht is equipped with a whirlpool Jacuzzi, ample seating and relaxation areas, a hidden tender, and two concealed personal watercrafts.

Inside, the main salon boasts a full service marble bar and a theater-style entertainment system. One level down, Dragon is loaded with staterooms, crew quarters, and a 28-foot wide master suite. As you’ll see in the interior pics below, wenge African hardwood and Crocodile leather are featured throughout the boat.

While this particular yacht is already spoken for, Palmer Johnson has 135’, 150’, and 165’ models available that you can customize to your own tastes. And unlike many yacht makers, Palmer Johnson isn’t afraid to let you play around with the color palette.
