Performance tuner AC Schnitzer has beefed up its ACS6 to make it more aggressive under the hood as well as more attractive in its looks. The 2008 ACS6 takes the stock 635d (diesel) model from 286 hp and 428 lb-ft of torque to 310 hp and 501 lb-ft. On the gas-powered 650i model, horses jump from 367 to 411, giving the car a 22 mph boost to a top speed of 178. The new body kit includes new lower intakes, side skirts, a rear lip and rear spoiler with an integrated brake light, a rear silencer with chromed tailpip, and new Type IV 20’-inch rims. No word yet on pricing.
