SWIZÖL Divine: the World’s Most Expensive Car Wax

High performance car care company SWIZÖL has announced a custom car wax kit that it claims to be the most expensive in the world. Named Divine, the wax kit is priced at 1,800 €, or about U.S. $2,750.

You might be asking yourself how could car wax possibly cost that much? To start with, the wax is formulated to match the exact color and type of paint the buyer specifies upon order. Second, each set of two wax jars comes with a certificate of authenticity completed by an individually named and numbered plaque (fairly gimmicky if you ask us).

Get prepared to toss it to your personal valet or another servant. Because, if you’ve got the funds to drop $2,750 on wax, there’s no reason for you to be waxing your own car.
