Wheel Well Monitor From TREO CXT Pick-up
TREO Engineering, a company known for pushing the limits of car audio, has unveiled the world’s most powerful single channel amplifier designed for a vehicle. The TREO CXT 6.1 produces more than 10,000 watts and comes with a price tag of $6,000. The company suggests that the amp be paired up with their CXT Subwoofer, which runs $2,000.
With the woofer alone weighing in at 80 lbs, the setup is best suited for a big truck or SUV, like the CXT pick-up truck TREO brought to the show, which also happens to be the largest production pick-up in the world. At 21 feet long with a 9-foot tall cab, the CXT truck is pimped out with 24,000 watts of power, multiple flat screens, Recaro seats and performance enhancements. Aside from the sound system, our favorite customizations on the CXT have to be the wheel well and bumper monitors. If you really want to keep the haters entertained, those monitors behind the back headrests just aren’t going to cut it anymore.
